A Sheet Masquerade
As a newlywed, I put a lot of thought into my beauty routine for the engagement photos, engagement party, and bridal shower leading up to the wedding itself. I contemplated clinical facials, which I do not do on the regular, and opted out as to not make any drastic changes in regimen that could possibly cause unwanted blemishes or inflammation. For the night before many of the events and the big day, I went with my staple sheet mask, the Dr. Jart+ Brightening Infusion Hydrogel Mask. I typically use this mask
when I’m lounging fresh out of the shower in the evening, or what I like to call #toweltime. This is my go-to mask right now when I’m looking for that perfect amount of pick me up. I settle in with the mask for 30 minutes, and often pair it with a glass of wine, but of course! It’s gentle and smells really nice, and after removing it, I rub in the excess product allowing the vitamin C and galactomyces (Yes – a fungi!) seep into my skin. A luxurious way to feel glowingly refreshed without too much intensity, so I definitely recommend this for a pre-wedding option. Dr. Jart+ has quite the array of sheet masks, but this particular mask has become a favorite for consistent performance. Stay tuned for more reviews on other Dr. Jart products and sheet masks.
